RICARDO WRAY aka Kurtiouss,
in a small district called Hessen Castle was born on may 29th 1984 in the Parish of St. Ann Jamaica West Indies.
Kurtiouss fell in love with music at a very young age as did his father and most of his relatives played in the Churches in various districts. He relocated to the metropolis of kingston at a very tender age where he spent most of his childhood and adolescence years pursuing his education.
Music is the central elements in people’s lives in most communities and these tendencies coincided with traditionalism. Kurtiouss became fascinated with the local sound systems in 1997; it was the beginning of a young career as he was pursued to sing dubplates for the local community sound systems.

The first studio he Kurtiouss visited was Sugar Minott’s studio in kingston and intriguing sensation of becoming an artiste vacuumed his mind.
He frequently visited and performed at RjR radio station as young and he would perform songs on Colgate Cavity Fighting Club which was a program designed for youths in the community at that time.
One of Kurtiouss’ goal through music is to spread love, inspire, and entertain people globally.
