They are only the latest female group that is about to trend with their brand new release “Reggae Forever”
Formed in 2017 by Ariane Wint, International Women in Reggae (IWIR) movement came together and quickly won the hearts and minds of the people. As the name suggests, these are a group of powerful women from different parts of the world coming together in the name of the love for each other and Reggae music.
Fusing different cultural backgrounds, their sound can be described as a strong blend of Reggae, R&B, a touch of Rock and Funk, with a colorful but exotic Jazz overtone.
They have shared the stage with JACK RADICS, CULTURE FEATURING KENYATTA HILL and has opened for Reggae icons MARCIA GRIFFITHS, JUDY MOWAT and KEN BOOTHE. International Women In Reggae are a force to be reckoned with so watch out world these ladies are here to stay.
